I've recently switched to using VIP Smoothies as part of a diet to get back in shape. In the past 2 1/2 weeks, I have been making a VIP
Smoothie for breakfast and lunch and then a regular, low fat meal for dinner. I use soy milk instead of water or juice to blend the smoothies.
Since using VIP Smoothies as part of my regular diet I have lost a little over 8 pounds...in 2 1/2 weeks. I've gone from slightly over 169 pounds
to just under 162. I am 5'5". I have also had plenty of energy to continue leading my active life of raquetball, running, and other daily
exercises. I wanted to take some time to thank you for your fine product.

I purchased two of your smoothie blends and am thrilled with them. I don't use them for smoothies, I put them with non-fat vanilla yogurt and
as they defrost, combined with the yogurt, they are a delicious diet treat. I have used frozen berries and my own frozen fruit like this ever

recipe section on the site, note that the smoothies done per package

I recently found your new VIP Smoothie products at my local grocery store. I cannot tell you how much my family enjoys this great product,
even our grandson requests them when he comes to visit. We have tried all the different flavors and we absolutely love them all. My husband and I
have started a new fitness routine and diet using the Weight Watcher's program and your product works very well with it. The Smoothies are not
only delicious but are nutritious and are only 2 points per serving on the Weight Watcher's point system. This is a great way to get some of our
